This 16-class Pilates program is designed to fit seamlessly into any runner’s routine. Whether you’re training for a full or half marathon, preparing for your next 5K, or simply enjoy running for fun... this program is built with YOU in mind.


  • Pilates 1x per Week: incorporate one class just 1x per week to a 16-week training cycle

  • Minimal Props: all you need is a mat and a magic circle

  • Program Dates: start anytime


These classes are being filmed in real-time as Aileen trains for her first marathon... The Miami Marathon in February 2025.

About Aileen

About Aileen

Aileen is a 500-Hour Trained Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor (NCPT) and is the founder of Pilates on the Green. She grew up as an athlete and always had a passion for sports. With her years of hands on experience training athletes she is bringing her knowledge to the online studio to help YOU. 


In 2022, she picked up playing golf and started training for her first half marathon. She believes she was able to improve so quickly with golf and feel so good during her runs because of her consistent self-practice of incorporating Pilates into her fitness routine. 

She quickly realized how Pilates and athletics can truly blend together - and this is the essence of where Pilates on the Green was created.
