This 16-class Pilates program is designed to fit seamlessly into any runner’s routine. Whether you’re training for a full or half marathon, preparing for your next 5K, or simply enjoy running for fun... this program is built with YOU in mind.
Pilates 1x per Week: incorporate one class just 1x per week to a 16-week training cycle
Minimal Props: all you need is a mat and a magic circle
Program Dates: start anytime
